Technology industry is growing exponentially, new graduates joining the industry and others trying to learn new skills. While we all know the importance of goal setting (S.M.A.R.T) and follow what you desire to achieve, we tend to get tangled into other aspects of professional career. I can say I belong to the category of customer obsession. I get fascinated how if you work with the same customer the problems and scenarios are always so different which require difference solutions.
Starting this year I set new goals for myself. I decided to focus on giving back to community. The community contribution is highly underrated as there is no mechanism to track its real impact. Last 2 years has lot of learning, personally and professionally. I always respect vExpert from the inception of the program. Hence I decided to apply for this program for 1st time and start a new phase in my career.
On 8th March 2019 I got the mail.
It felt nice and bad. I felt good since I was already in. I also felt bad since I could have done it long time ago. Something I just did not do because I felt I’m too busy doing other things and taking time out will be extremly difficult.
Honestly, I have realized you can take time out if you really love doing it. I look forward to the exciting new year of 2019 and how much I can learn by contributing to vExpert community.
